Meet Michelle Dell'isola
Transaction Coordinator
I have worked in the real estate industry for 25+ years and have been licensed since 2000. I have worked in many capacities throughout these years, from office manager to sales agent, and now as a transaction manager since 2013.
As the team's transaction manager, it is my responsibility to work with all parties to organize, audit, and manage sales transactions for their buyers and sellers. My main goal is to make sure we have a compliant file by close of escrow.
Role:
Oversees the process of every real estate transaction from contract to close.
Services
Review transaction documents for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with all parties involved, including clients, agents, and escrow companies.
Coordinates inspections, appraisals, and closing schedules.
Ensures deadlines are met, and compliance regulations are followed.
Prepares closing documents and confirms transactions are finalized.
